I am sick of people asking me why certain robot masters are not on these lists:
fav.me/d2q16rx
fav.me/d2yy8kv
fav.me/d35ky9q
Mainly, the Star-droids, the Genesis Unit, and anything of the sort.
The one thing that ticks me off the most is being CONSTANTLY asked about the RMs from MegaMan & Bass. I get this question all the time, and frankly people don't seem to read any of my descriptions or really anything I seem to write and blindly ask anyway.
Let's make one fact clear:
MegaMan & Bass is not a main game in the series, it's a side game. Period. And I understand that it was a console game, though it coming out on Super Famicom in 1998 AFTER MegaMan 8 (for PS1 in 1997) doesn't help it's case at all. If they really wanted to call it MegaMan 9, Capcom would have done so, but they didn't. And let's just say it was called MM9 for a second: Why would they release a direct sequel to a PS1 game on a console that was on the way out like the Super Famicom? Makes no sense, now does it?
And I know people are going to use the excuse that it sorta appeared in the REAL MegaMan 9. That was a reference, nothing more. That acknowledges that the events of the game happened, but is still not a main installment in the series as any real events of the game are never mentioned again, nor really followed up on. And besides, don't people realize MM&B got a sequel on that obscure Japanese handheld, the WonderSwan under the title MegaMan & Bass: Challenger From the Future?
More importantly, people don't seem to realize, that even if I did add those RMs to the list, it would seriously f*ck up the structure of the picture as the whole thing consists of rows of 8 characters a piece. The are only six new RMs from MM&B and two are rehashed from MM8, so not only would it look weird on the existing list, but would also be unnecessarily redundant.
I have nothing against this game, but people don't seem to understand the thinking behind the giant lists I make.
The fact is, these lists cover the MAIN NUMBERED INSTALLMENTS ONLY! Anything else is a side game, and they get their own list.
The only thing that would ever be added to these lists are the RMs of a possible future installment. Hopefully MegaMan 11.
So let me make this absolutely clear: STOP ASKING ME ABOUT MEGAMAN & BASS!!!
They're getting a list one way or another, just be patient, they will be there.

Yes, I'm alive. Here's some new Metroid Maps!
As some might have noticed, this account just added two new pieces of work for the first time in...damned ages. As I promised a long time ago, I now have a couple of new Metroid Maps up on my account. These updated maps are for your use with the original Metroid and Metroid II: Return of Samus. The old version of the Metroid 1 map is still present in the gallery, but for comparison purposes only. You're going to want to grab 2024 edition map instead, as it's far more detailed and accurate than the original 2017 map. The Super Metroid Map in this line is around 75% complete. Most areas, minus Norfair and parts of Maridia, are done. I'll see about getting around to finalizing Super's map when I can. There are still plans for maps based on Metroid Fusion and Metroid: Zero Mission down the line, at least. Anything beyond that, is up for debate (including Dread). These maps take a lot of time and effort to make, and the bigger maps will likely take much longer to finish. Enjoy
Issues with Metroid Other M
This was originally a response to user: Danniels95's question on another journal:
"I'm sorry that I don't know but, what's the Other M drama?"
The original point of Other M was it creator, Yoshio Sakamoto, and Team Ninja (of Ninja Gaiden fame) to come together and develop a Metroid game that focused primarily on Samus Aran's backstory.
However, while the idea seemed solid originally, the outcome has met with a huge amount of controversy among the fans of the franchise. And there are numerous factors to why this game is so hated as it is, Samus' personality alone isn't even scratching the surface in regards to the game's problems.

Entitled Explanation
I'm sure some have you noticed a distinct lack of activity (submission wise) from my page for a long time. While it was fun to work on the MegaMan stuff, complications arose that made working on them just impossible.
1.Moving out of my old home (Nov 2011), which may not seem like a big deal, but let me get into my second point.
2.The art files for the MegaMan stuff was left behind on my old computer, for which I don't remember where everything is, so retrieving it may prove more difficult than it's worth.
3.I've honestly moved on. While it was fun while it lasted, I've moved on to working on projects for the still active FPS Doom, and it
I have returned.
It's almost been a month since I've been on here. My computer's been on down time due to some issues. Well those issues are taken care of, but most of the time it took to get back was because of a number of additions to my system (mainly in the form of DOS Box).
I'll be trying to catch up here on everything I feel behind on. DA for one thing.
As for any artwork in future.
Going to be going over those RM lists again here at some point, that way those are finalized so I can finally move on the the alleged "Special List" I keep talking about. The samples are still valid right now, all see about adding another sample here in future.
Thanks
